Our People
Fire Safe ANZ has qualified electricians & technicians located from Perth to Auckland servicing our clients fire safety needs, all of our field staff have completed a Cert II in Fire Protection Inspection and Testing ensuring they are fully qualified and licenced to complete your fire safety & electrical needs.
Our North Sydney based Operations Centre is manned by experienced and friendly staff committed to your properties requirements.

Account Management
All of our clients’ Property Supervisors have a dedicated Account Manager that they can call on anytime in addition to an online portal where they can review Job Reports, Statements and Invoices.
Our Reporting Systems
Fire Safe Australia & New Zealand Pty Ltd uses simPRO, an integrated enterprise resource planner and customer relations system to manage 6,500 individual sites and more than 14,000 jobs per year.
Our Field Force utilise the mobility function of the system to relay all site information back to our head office team. simPRO enables reports to be processed from any job site across Australia and New Zealand within 24 hours of the completion of the job.
As a client, you have access to detailed documentation for each of your sites via a web portal. This includes ‘real-time’ Service Reports, Invoices and Statements, Asset Registers and Reports.
